Since April 1, 2010, China has implemented JJF1244-2010 "Food and Cosmetics Package Metrology Inspection Rules" as the technical basis for quality inspection departments to carry out excessive product packaging inspections. The national standard GB23350-2009 "Restriction of excessive packaging requirements of food and cosmetics" has made a limited provision for the void rate of food packaging: beverage wine ≤ 55%, cakes ≤ 60%, food ≤ 10%, health food ≤ 50%, other foods ≤ 45%. In addition to the “grain” item, the number of packaging layers for several other types of products is required to be below the third level.
